Redeeming the offer

  1. Q. I don’t have a Sky TV. Can I still redeem the offer?

    A. Yes, Sky Store is open to everyone. You can buy or rent movies online at skystore.com to watch on your PC/Mac, on-the-go via the app on a mobile device, via the app on selected Smart TVs, or via a NOW TV or Roku box. Sky Box holders can watch after purchasing content on Sky Store and sending it to their box. To watch on your TV, you will either need to be a Sky TV customer with a black Sky+/Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked your Skystore.com account to your Sky box). Minimum speed for streaming is 2.5Mbps for SD or 5Mbps for HD. Downloads unavailable on some devices.

  2. Q. Can I enter last year’s promotion still?

    A. Yes, you can still enter codes from the 2017 promotion to add to your account, but you won’t be able to use these along with codes from the 2018 promotion. You will be able to enter codes from packs within the 2017 promotion up until 23.59 BST on 30.09.18. Click here to enter into the 2017 promotion. After this time, only codes from the 2018 promotion will be accepted.

  3. Q. How do I redeem the offer?

    To claim, you must collect the unique codes (12 digits for confectionery products or 9-digits for chilled desserts) from any 4 promotional packs (see “Which products must I purchase?”) and log them online at www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies. When logging your first unique code, you will need to register an account. This will require you to provide personal details including your full name, email address, mobile phone number and preferred password - mobile phone and email verification will confirm your identity. Following registration, you will then be able to log on and add further codes as and when you collect them. Once you have logged 4 valid unique codes, you will be able to redeem your voucher and follow the on-screen instructions to get instant access to your £5.99/€7.99 credit at www.skystore.com.

  4. Q. Can I enter with codes from both confectionery products & chilled dessert products?

    A. Yes, you can use codes from both.

  5. Q. Is it essential for me to have a mobile phone to claim?

    A. Yes, mobile phone verification is an essential step of the claim process.

  6. Q. Do I have to purchase 4 packs all at once?

    A. No. You can collect packs over time and log each one whenever you’re ready. The first time you visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies you will be asked to register your details to create an account, you can then return to the website and log more codes whenever you want. Once you have entered all 4 unique codes, you can then select ‘REDEEM’ to get your Sky Store voucher code – you must do this by 10.09.19.

  7. Q. How long do I have to claim my Sky Store voucher?

    A. You must enter your codes and claim your £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store voucher on www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies by 10.09.18. You must then assign the credit to your Sky Store account by 10.09.19.

  8. Q. How long will the Sky Store credit last for?

    A. The voucher will credit the user’s account with £5.99/€7.99 to be used on any future Sky Store product for up to 1 year from the date it is applied to the account. Vouchers valid until 10.09.20.

  9. Q. Do I have to purchase 4 of the same sharing bags, blocks or chilled desserts?

    A. No, you can purchase any 4 of the promotional packs listed here.

  10. Q. Where can I find my unique 12-character or 9-character promotional code?

    A. Unique 12-character codes can be found on the inside of your promotional bags or blocks. Click here to see an example. The unique 9-character codes can be found on the inside of the cardboard sleeve for chilled desserts.
    While unique codes will always be printed on the inside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. If you have a Munchies, Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles, Rowntree’s Randoms or Smarties pack, look out for the black panel found on the back of the pack – your promotional code will be printed on the reverse. Click here to see an example of how to find a code. Promotional codes are found inside the cardboard sleeve for chilled dessert multipacks, and beneath the cardboard wrap on Aero Heavenly pots.
    Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should take a photograph of the inside of your pack, and send it via email to Nestlé Consumer Services: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com, or contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI). Any request for assistance with codes must be received by 30.08.19 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

  12. Q. How many times can I redeem the offer?

    A. Only one claim is permitted per person per mobile phone number.

  13. Q. How old do I have to be to redeem my Sky Store voucher?

    A. You must be 18 or older to participate in this promotion.

  14. Q. Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrappers?

    A. Yes, you must retain the promotional packs used to claim.

  15. Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

    A. Only residents of UK, ROI, IoM and CI can enter the promotion.

  16. Q. How do I use my £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store voucher?

    A. Sky Store vouchers can only be redeemed at skystore.com and not via a Sky TV box, although once purchased, a title may be sent to a compatible Sky box.
    To redeem your voucher, go to skystore.com. If this is your first visit you will need to sign up (there is no cost to do this) or if you are registered already, just click sign in.
    When logged in, click ‘redeem’ then select your movie and follow the on-screen instructions to either:
    1. Watch straight away from Skystore.com
    2. Download the Sky Store app to watch on the move
    3. If you're a Sky TV customer, you can send your Buy & Keep purchase to your Sky Box where the film will immediately start downloading.

  17. Q. How do I watch Sky Store content?

    A. You can watch Sky Store movies online at skystore.com or on your NOW TV or Roku Android/iOS mobiles and tablets. If you have Sky TV, you can watch Sky Store content on your compatible Sky box.
    To watch on TV, you will either need to be a Sky TV customer with a black Sky+/Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked Skystore.com to your Sky box), or have a NOW TV or Roku box connected to your TV.
    Upon purchasing a Sky Store movie, you will be presented with three options to enjoy your movie…
    1. Watch straight away from Skystore.com
    2. Download the Sky Store app to watch on the move
    3. If you're a Sky TV customer, you can send your Buy & Keep purchase to your Sky Box where the film will immediately start downloading.

  18. Q. What broadband speed do I need to watch my Sky Store movies and TV shows online?

    A. We recommend a minimum speed of 5 Mbps to watch your movies and TV shows in HD, and 2.5 Mbps to watch in SD without interruptions.

    A. The picture may freeze for buffering if the broadband network or device you're streaming on is using too many apps at the same time.

  19. Q. What devices can I use to watch Sky Store movies and TV shows?

    A. If you have Sky TV, you can watch Sky Store movies and TV shows on your compatible Sky box.

  1. Q. I'm having trouble reading my code(s), who can I contact?

    A. While unique codes will always be printed on the inside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. If you have a Munchies, Rowntree’s Fruit Pastilles, Rowntree’s Randoms or Smarties pack, look out for the black panel found on the back of the pack – your promotional code will be printed on the reverse.   2. Q. I’m having trouble completing the registration process what should I do?

    A. Please make sure you’re following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online.   3. Q. I haven’t received the PIN number for mobile verification, what should I do?

    A. If you’re not receiving the PIN number on your mobile phone, please make the below checks:
    1. Ensure you have entered the correct mobile number, this will be shown at the top of the page. If incorrect, simply click “BACK” and re-register your details.
    2. If your number is correct, click the link to re-send a new PIN.

  4. Q. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?

    There are 3 potential scenarios:

    1. Crash occurred whilst on the ‘personal details’ entry page – you will not have successfully registered and can restart immediately.
    2. Crash occurred whilst on the mobile verification page – you will need to restart the registration process again after 1hr.
    3. Crash occurred whilst on the Email verification page - check your inbox to see if you have received the verification email. If so, click the link within to finish verifying your account. If not, you will need to restart the registration process again after 2hrs.

  5. Q. The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

    Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your ‘cache’ by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; a ‘cache’ consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.   6. Q. I have misplaced my voucher code and confirmation text/email. What should I do?

    A. To see your voucher code, log back into your account on www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies, and go to the ‘Your Reward’ page.

  7. Q. My voucher code isn’t being accepted on skystore.com. What should I do?

    A. Firstly, double-check that you are entering the voucher code correctly. If the issue persists, contact Sky Store Telephone Support, available 9am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
