Terms And Conditions

Buy any 4 promotional packs of Nestlé sharing bags, blocks, or chilled desserts, and enter the unique codes found inside each pack (1 x code in each pack) at www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies. Follow the instructions given online to redeem the £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store voucher at www.skystore.com. (Please note: promotional codes are found inside the cardboard sleeve of chilled dessert multipacks, and beneath the cardboard wrap on Aero Heavenly pots. For all other products codes can be found inside the pack).

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.

Eligibility:
  1. The promotion is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, and Channel Island residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. Internet access and UK, IoM, CI or ROI mobile phone and account registration required.
  3. Purchase required. Please retain promotional packs as proof of purchase.
  4. Maximum of one (1) claim per mobile phone number during the promotional period. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s claims will be disqualified and any voucher/credit awarded will be void.
  5. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  6. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms & Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
Promotional Period:
  1. Claims must be received between 00.01 BST on 29.08.18 and 23.59 BST on 10.09.19.
Offer:
  1. One (1) x £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store voucher available with each claim. Maximum one (1) claim permitted per person and per mobile phone number.
  2. The voucher will credit the user’s account with £5.99/€7.99 to be used on any future Sky Store product for up to 1 year from the date it is applied to the account. Vouchers valid until 10/09/20.
How to Claim:
  1. To claim a £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store voucher:
    1. Purchase any four (4) promotional sharing bags, blocks or chilled desserts (see clause 18 for participating products) - Entrants can use four (4) codes from a combination of any participating products;
    2. Visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies and enter the four unique codes (12-character codes for confectionery, and 9-character codes for chilled desserts) found inside the packs. Register using a valid name, email address, mobile phone number and password. Mobile phone and Email verification are required to verify the account;
    3. Upon registration and the submission of four (4) unique codes, a Sky Store voucher will be generated – the voucher will be revealed on-screen and also sent via email and SMS to the claimant;
    4. Visit www.skystore.com and (if applicable) create a Sky Store account;
    5. Sign in to Sky Store and select the option to ‘Redeem Voucher’ (www.skystore.com/redeem);
    6. Follow the on-screen instructions to get instant access to £5.99/€7.99 Sky Store credit.
  2. Sky Store vouchers cannot be used for purchases made on a Sky+HD box or a Sky Q box, however Buy & Keep purchases made at www.skystore.com can be sent to the box by selecting the options "send to box". Rental purchases cannot be sent to your Sky box.
  3. You must have an existing Sky Store account or set up a new account to redeem your voucher and accept the Sky Store terms and conditions. You must be over 18.
  4. When you add the voucher to your account, your account will be credited with £5.99/€7.99 (depending on location). When you make your next Sky Store purchase, the cost will be deducted from the value held in your account and if there is any difference between the cost of the purchase and the value in your account, you will need to pay this amount.
  5. Vouchers must be applied to the Sky Store account by 23.59 BST 10.09.19. Having applied the voucher to your Sky Store account, participants have a maximum of 1 year to spend the credit on a product available in Sky Store. Vouchers valid until 10/09/20.
  6. Sky Store requires a connected compatible device and software (see www.skystore.com/help). You can watch online through SkyStore.com, on-the-go via the app on a mobile device, via the app on selected Smart TVs, or via a NOW TV or Roku box. Sky Box holders can watch after purchasing content on Sky Store and sending to their box. To watch on TV you will either need to be a Sky TV customer with a black Sky+/Sky Q box connected to broadband (and have linked your Skystore.com account to your Sky box). Minimum speed for streaming is 2.5Mbps for SD or 5Mbps for HD. Downloads unavailable on some devices.

  8. By claiming the Sky Store voucher, participants accept that they will be supplying their details to Sky Store and will comply with their terms and conditions, which can be found at www.skystore.com/legal/terms-and-conditions. Nestlé will not use your personal information for any purpose other than to contact you if you win and for the fulfilment of this prize, Nestlé will not share your personal information with Sky.

General:
  1. All participants will be required to provide a genuine email address and UK, IoM, CI or ROI mobile phone number that are personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect, the entry will be considered incomplete and therefore invalid.
  2. In the event of an email address or mobile phone number becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address or mobile phone number.
  3. Offers are not transferable or exchangeable unless otherwise stated and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the offer at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the offer will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the offer, unless otherwise agreed. If due to unforeseen circumstances the offer is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another offer for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the offer will only be awarded directly to the participant.
  4. Promotional codes must be entered online exactly as they appear in the pack. Each promotional code is unique and can only be used once. Attempts to enter using the same promotional code more than once, codes from non-promotional packs, codes not intended for use in this promotion, or entering on someone else’s behalf, may result in disqualification and all entries will be declared void.
  5. The promotional codes have no value and cannot be transferred or sold.
  6. By entering, participants agree that entry into this promotion shall be at their sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, directors, employees, and agents and Sky Store (and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates, collectively “Sky”) make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies or the content of any sites linked to this site and assume no liability or responsibility for:
    1. Late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
    2. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the microsite or any combination thereof.
    5. Any bugs, viruses, or the like which may be transmitted to or through www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies by any third party, and/or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/movies.
    6. Any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained by any persons or property (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the offer, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
    7. Promotional codes that are damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If a promotional code is unreadable due to a genuine printing error, participants should take a photograph of the inside of the pack, and send it via email to Nestlé Consumer Services: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com, or contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI). Any request for assistance with codes must be received by 02.09.19 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.
    8. Any third party products or services, including any websites, products and systems operated by Sky Store and its parent company Sky.
  7. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for the packs and relevant codes, mobile number, email address and identity details (which must be provided within 14 calendar days) and to refuse to fulfil the offer or withdraw entitlement to the offer and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or claimed using fraudulent means.
  9. By taking part in the promotion, participants acknowledge that they may be required to take part in relevant publicity without further consent or payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participant’s name and/or image and statements made by the participant concerning the promotional offer.
  10. The Promoter's decision is final and binding in all promotional matters.
  11. In the event of exceptional circumstances outside its reasonable control or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the fulfilment of the offer, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any stage but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  12. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in Ireland or in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
  13. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  14. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. Your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 or General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as applicable.
