These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy, and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd ("the Promoter"), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  2. No purchase necessary. Mobile phone and Internet access required.
  3. Entrants must complete online augmented reality experience and register details to enter.
  4. There is a maximum of 1 x prize type per person.
  5. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, brute force or any other automated means, that person's entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
  6. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.

Promotional Period

  1. The promotion is open from 15.10.25 - 11.11.25 but check participating Asda stores for timings.
  2. Access to the QR code featured in participating Asda stores, and thus entry into the promotion is only available within participating stores when open. Daily store hours will vary, check your local store for details. See appendix for store list.

Entry Requirements

  1. To enter, for your chance to win one of 30 x family ice skating experiences for 4 (daily prize draws) or 1 x Lapland trip (consisting of a 3 night stay in Lapland (flights/4* accmd & excursions for a family of 4)) in the prize draw, participants must:
    1. Scan the QR code featured on the Quality Street® fixture instore across participating Asda stores when open during the promotional period.
    2. Once scanned on an acceptable mobile, the site will load on the phone and entrants will be presented with an augmented reality experience which they will have to complete, before they are asked to input their name, email address and county, and confirm that they are aged 18+ and have read and have understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions.
    3. All entrants valid entries will be entered into the daily prize for a chance to win a family ice skating experience and automatically entered into the main prize draw for a chance to win a trip to Lapland.
    4. Valid entrants will receive an onscreen message confirming their entry into the daily and main prize draw.
  2. There is a maximum of one entry per person per day into the daily draw.
  3. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or entries received outside any promotional period will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promotor takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Prize Details

Daily Prize Draws: Family Ice Skating Experience

  1. There are 30 x family ice skating experiences for 4 (available at various UK locations (inc. skate hire)) available to be won via daily prize draws (2 prizes available on 2 days)
  2. As the promotion has 28 daily draws, there will be two (2) prizes available to be won on the first and last day of the promotion.
    1. So for the avoidance of doubt two (2) prizes will be available to be won in the draws on 16.10.2025 from all valid entries on 15.10.25 and 12.11.2025 from all valid entries on 11.11.25.
    2. All other daily draws will have one prize available to be won
  3. Each package includes ice skating for up to 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) including skate hire, with a choice of locations nationwide.
  4. Winners will be asked to provide a guide location so that the Ice Skating experience can be customed for them. Options will then be provided closest to the winners chosen location. Requests for locations can be made but cannot be guaranteed. All locations are subject to availability.

Headline Trip to Lapland

  1. There is 1 x trip to Lapland for a family of 4 (two adults, two children) available to be won from the main prize draw, conducted at the end of the promotional period from all daily entries which will be auto-entered into this main prize draw.
  2. The main prize draw winner will be able to claim the following prize package:

    Family Trip to Lapland
    • Return Economy Class flights – London / Ivalo
    • Return transfer–Airport / hotel
    • 3 nights 4* hotel accommodation sharing a family room
    • Daily breakfast
    • Visit to Santa at Santa Creek
    • Choice of snowmobiling, husky or reindeer-sleigh ride
    • Travel Insurance as detailed in Clause 26
    • £1000 spending money
  3. The trip available is for a family of up to 4 people (two adults, two children up to 18 years old) up to a value of £4,500. The £1000 spending money will be issued via BACs transfer. The winner must provide all relevant bank details for BACS payment to Cloud Nine Incentives, including their Account Name, Bank Account Number and Sort Code.
  4. The Lapland holidays are valid for travel until April 2027 excluding travel over the actual Christmas period which would be from 15.12.25 – 02.01.26 and 15.12.26 – 02.01.27. The dates for the trip can be taken in the half term holidays.
  5. Following the main prize draw, and after verification the winner will be contacted by Cloud Nine, within 5 working days of the validation process, and they will share the prize package details and the choice of snowmobiling, husky or reindeer-sleigh ride to choose from. Cloud Nine will then work with the winner to book their Lapland trip.
  6. All travel is subject to availability. Travel will be subject to accommodation availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred dates for taking the trip (preferrably longer).
  7. The winner will need to cover any and all additional costs not included in the prize package won. For the avoidance of doubt, the prize does not include travel to and from home to the airport, gratuities, meals or other travel expenses unless otherwise stated, or any other costs of a personal nature not stated for winner and guest.
  8. All Lapland trips are subject to availability and exclusions may apply. Any exclusions will be made apparent to the winner in advance of them selecting their preferred experience.
  9. Any changes made to the booking after confirmation will incur an amendment charge, which will need to be covered by the winner.

  11. Travel insurance is provided for winners up to the age of 79 with no pre-existing medical conditions. Should the need arise, health and travel insurance will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and suitable alternatives may be found, which could incur costs depending on the situation.
  12. The Promoter or its third party fulfilment agency Cloud Nine will accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine or If, due to unforeseen circumstances, a prize is not available, the Promoter and Cloud Nine reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners
  13. In the event for any reason the user does not take any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the user and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize, unless otherwise agreed.
  14. Age restrictions may apply. The prize winner or their guest (one of whom must be over 18) will need to have a current and valid credit card to check-in at their hotel accommodation for security deposit purposes. The Promoter will take no responsibility for this.
  15. Prior to booking the trip, the Prize Provider will inform the winner of any restrictions and other terms and conditions that may apply to individual elements of their chosen prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to adhere to such further terms and conditions including without limitation applicable health and safety guidelines.

Winner Selection & Notification

Daily Prize Draws

  1. During the promotional period the daily prize draws for a Family Ice Skating Experience will be randomly selected from all genuine, valid entries received each day of the promotional period, via an independently verified computer programme. The daily prize draws will take place the next working day after each day the promotion is live. Asda will not be not involved in the running of the daily prize draws or the selection of the winner.
  2. The winners of the Family Ice Skating Experiences will be subject to a full verification process. The winner, or winners for Day 1 and 28, will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the relevant prize draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility in order to claim their prize. County of residence will be requested for the purpose of the winner's list if no objection is received. If the winner does not respond to the initial contact and subsequent contact within 14 days, or the winner is ineligible or rejects the prize then the Promotor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and the reserve will be contacted. If after 3 attempts (1 winner, 2 reserves), the prize is not successfully claimed, then the prize will be declared null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email accounts during this time in case they are the winner.
  3. After verification, the winners of the daily prize draw will then be contacted by Cloud Nine Incentives Ltd in order to book their Family Ice Skating Experiences within 5 working days.

Main Prize Draw

  1. For the main prize draw to win a trip to Lapland, 1 winner will be randomly selected from all genuine, valid entries received throughout the promotion, via an independently verified computer programme. The draw will take place within 2 working days of the promotion closing. Asda will not be involved in the running of the prize draw or the selection of the winner.
  2. The winner of the trip to Lapland will be subject to a full verification process. General

  1. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
  2. By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants' name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner(s) are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
  3. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  4. All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
    In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
  5. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
    3. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the online form or any combination thereof;
    4. Any damage, injury or loss of earnings incurred directly or indirectly in relation to this promotion.
  6. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the QR code entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  7. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
  9. Subject to Nestle's Privacy Policy, the surname and county of residence of the Lapland winner will be available upon request by sending an email request to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line 'WINNERS LIST: Quality Street Asda 2025', for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotional period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé's Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line 'Quality Street Asda 2025'. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  10. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  11. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant's local courts.
  12. We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.

Data Protection

  1. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surname and county of residence of the Lapland winner will be made available as set out in Clause 46 above and the winner can object to this by emailing UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI.dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winners accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after 3 months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of their prize.
