  1. How do I enter the promotion?

    3. Enter the last 4 digits of your barcode found on pack, your full name, email address, and state which store you purchased your promotional pack from
    4. Once all required details are entered you will receive an instant message on screen to confirm if you have won.
  2. Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

    Internet connection is required to enter the promotion and to claim your prize if you are a winner.

  3. Where can I find my barcode?

    The last 4 digits of your barcode as required for the promotion can be found on the back of pack, at the bottom of the promotional pack. Click here to see an example.

  5. How often can I enter and how many times could I win a prize?

    You can enter as many times as you want, so long as you have a new promotional pack and barcode for each entry. A maximum of one (1) prize can be won per person. All wins are subject to verification as specified in the Terms and Conditions of this promotion. Click here for more information.

  6. Do I have to purchase a Nestlé product to enter?

    Yes, purchase a participating Nestlé product and enter the last four digits from the barcode to enter.

  7. I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

    Unfortunately, this promotion is only open to mainland UK residents.

  8. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

    Only residents of mainland UK can enter the promotion, excluding Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland.

  9. How old do I have to be to enter?

    You must be aged eighteen (18) years or older to enter this promotion.

The Prize

  1. What Prizes are available to win?

    There are two thousand, seven hundred and twenty-one (2,721) prizes available to be won. Prizes are randomly allocated to winning moments and can be one of the following:

  2. How many Prizes can I win?

    You can win only one (1) prize per person.

  3. How are winners notified?

    If you are a winner, you will be notified online immediately on-screen after entering your unique code and you will also receive a confirmation email.

Redeeming the prize

  1. What details will I need to enter upon winning and why?

    Name, e-mail address, telephone number and complete postal address and any other details which will assist in arranging the delivery and organisation of the prize may be requested.

  2. How are winners selected?

    Winning moments have been allocated by an independent third party to select a winner per week throughout the duration of the promotion and for the catch-all draw.

  3. Can I change the Prize?

    No, your prize cannot be changed from the one you have won.

Issues/Problems

  1. I’m having trouble reading my code, who can I contact?

    Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your barcode due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé customer services team by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385(UK) and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement code must be received by 30.10.18 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

  2. I’m having trouble entering my details. What should I do?

    Please make sure you’re following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). If you make any mistakes or errors you will be prompted online. If you’re still having problems, please contact the Nestlé customer services team either on Freephone 00800 6378 5385(UK) or by email at consumer.services@UK.nestle.com

  3. The website doesn’t recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

    Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé customer services team either by Freephone 00800 6378 5385(UK) or by email at consumer.services@UK.nestle.com

  4. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

    A valid entry has been made if:

    1. You enter the last four digits of a promotional product’s barcode on the website homepage and were directed to the confirmation message.
    2. If you have won, you will also be sent a confirmation email including further details of the prize you have won.

    If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code and email address combination again. If your code is valid, the website will redirect you to the confirmation page again. If you continue to experience problems, please get in touch with our Nestlé Consumer Care team either by Freephone 00800 6378 5385(UK) or by email at consumer.services@UK.nestle.com

  5. The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

    Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker. If you experience problems on one device, please try on another. If you continue to experience problems, please get in touch with our Nestlé customer services team by telephone on Freephone at 00800 6378 5385(UK).

  6. I think I might have entered the wrong details. What should I do?

    If you believe you may have entered your details incorrectly, you can contact Nestlé customer services team by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385(UK) but neither the promoter nor its fulfilment agency can be held responsible for non-delivery of the prize caused by the provision of wrong information.
