    A. Exclusively at participating Tesco Extra stores and Superstores, we’re giving you the chance to WIN one of thousands of movie prizes INSTANTLY. There are 10,346 prizes in total, with over 50 prizes available in every participating store.

  2. Q. When does the Promotion run?

    A. The promotion will run in 200 selected Tesco Extra stores and Superstores between 25.08.17 to 10.09.17. Winning Weekend events will run on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday during the promotional period, for one day per location. For more information on tour dates and locations please visit www.winningweekends.co.uk.

Entering the promotion

  1. Q. How do I enter the Promotion?

    A. To enter the Promotion;

    • Visit a participating Tesco Extra store or Superstore and receive a FREE scratch card from promotional staff at the front of store (for dates and locations visit www.winningweekends.co.uk). Scratch cards are subject to availability.
    • Scratch off the panel to see if you are a winner!

  2. Q. Which products do I need to buy to enter?

    A. There is no purchase necessary in this Promotion. All you need to do is visit a participating Tesco Extra store or Superstore when a Winning Weekend event is live and receive a free scratch card from promotional staff. You will then find out instantly if you are a winner via your scratch card. For more information on tour dates and locations please visit www.winningweekends.co.uk.

  3. Q. Can anyone enter?

    A. This promotion is open to UK mainland (England, Scotland & Wales) residents only, 18+, and excludes employees of Nestlé UK Limited, Tesco stores Limited, and their affiliates or agents, the immediate families of such employees and any other person who is professionally associated with this promotion.

  4. Q. How often can I enter and how many times could I win a prize?

    A. You can only receive one scratch card per visit. There is only one prize claim allowed per household.

  5. Q. How are winners notified?

    A. If you are a winner you will be notified via a message underneath the scratch panel of your scratch card which will notify you of the prize you have won and your 12-digit claim code. You must then complete the online claims process by 10.10.17 to receive your prize, by visiting www.winningweekends.co.uk.

  6. Q. Do I need to keep hold of my scratch card?

    A. Yes, prize winners need to retain their winning scratch card with the unique reference number in order to complete the mandatory verification process.

  7. Q. How will I receive my prize if I am a winner?

    A. Do the following:

    • If you have a winning scratch card, go to www.winningweekends.co.uk to claim your prize (this can be done in your own time, but all prizes must be claimed by 10.10.17)
    • Click on the ‘Claim my prize’ tab along the top navigation bar on the site, enter the unique reference number found under the scratch panel of your scratch card, and your email address to confirm your prize.

    Once you have successfully submitted these details, you will receive an immediate on-screen message to confirm your prize. You will also receive a confirmation email, in the event of any technical fault preventing you from completing the claims process and receiving the on-screen message, please use the link in the email to return to the website at a later date to complete the claims process. Then, input your delivery address details to claim your prize.

  8. Q. Where can I find my 12-digit unique reference number?

    A. The 12-digit unique reference numbers can be found under the silver scratch panel of winning scratch cards. Click here to see an example. If you do not have a winning card, there will not be a reference number under the scratch panel.

  9. Q. The prize shown on the confirmation screen is different to the prize shown on my scratch and reveal card. What should I do?

  10. Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

    A. Only residents of mainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales) can enter the promotion.

    A. You must be 18 years or older to enter this Promotion.

Prizes

  1. Q. What prizes are available to win?

    A. There are 10,346 prizes in total, with over 50 prizes per participating store available to be won.
    The prizes that are available to be won are:

    • 32 x LG 43” Ultra HD 4K TVs,
    • 81 x LG Portable Minibeam HD LED projectors,
    • 216 x LG Sound Bars,
    • 1,665 x NOW TV boxes with a 2-month entertainment pass,
    • 792 x Cheatwell Movie Trivia Quizzes, and
    • 7,560 x Nestlé sharing bags

    The prizes have been randomly allocated across the 200 stores. Not all prize types will be available to be won in every store.

  2. Q. Can I choose the prize I want?

    A. If you’re a winner, you will be notified instantly via a message underneath the scratch panel on your scratch card with the prize that you have won. Prizes are non-transferable. If you have won a Nestlé sharing bag, you will be sent either a 104g KITKAT™ Bites Milk sharing bag or a 108g MILKYBAR™ Giant Pieces sharing bag. These will be sent at random and are dependent upon stock availability. Claims must be made by 23:59 on 10.10.17. Any claims made after this date will be considered void.

  3. Q. How will I receive my prize?

    A. If you have won a TV, Movie Projector or Sound Bar, this will be delivered by UK courier. All other prizes will be delivered by 2nd Class Post. The prize will be posted to your supplied address, and we aim to deliver within 28 days of completion of the claims and verification process. Whilst we cannot be held liable for any delays to delivery, if your prize does not arrive within 28 days, please do get in touch with Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385. Issues/Problems

  1. Q. I'm having trouble reading my unique reference number, who can I contact?

    A. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for unique reference numbers damaged or defaced in the way the scratch card is handled. If you cannot read your unique reference number due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 who will ask you to send your scratch card via FREEPOST for verification.

  2. Q. I'm having trouble entering my details/claiming my prize, what should I do?

    A. Please make sure you’re following all the on-screen directions carefully, and that you’re entering all fields marked with an asterisk (*). Any mistakes or errors you make will be prompted online. If you’re still having problems, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385.   3. Q. The website doesn’t recognise my unique reference number, or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

    A. Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your unique reference number (URN) exactly as it appears on the scratch card. If you’ve previously entered this URN, you will be unable to enter the same code again. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385. We will be more than happy to help.

  4. Q. My computer/the website crashed as I was claiming my prize, how will I know if I’ve claimed successfully?

    A. A confirmation message will be displayed on screen once a valid claim has been made. If you are a winner, you’ll also receive a confirmation email letting you know that your claim has been successful (subject to any applicable verification checks). If you don’t see the on-screen message, or receive your confirmation email, then please repeat the claim process. If your computer or the website crashes prior to you completing this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same unique reference number shown under the scratch panel of your winning scratch card. If the code you entered was a winning code, the website will remember your previous entry and will restore you to where you left off. If the code you have entered was not a valid winning code then you will get an error message. It is likely that you have entered your code incorrectly. Please check & try again.   5. Q. I haven’t received my confirmation email; does that mean I’ve not claimed my prize?

    A. Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the confirmation email has inadvertently been filed there. If you definitely haven’t received the confirmation email, please return to the website and enter your code and personal details again. Upon clicking ‘Submit’, if an error message is shown indicating that the code you have entered has already been used then you have already successfully claimed. If your unique reference number was a valid winning code, then entering it will take you back to the claims process.

  6. Q. The website isn't loading/working properly. What should I do?

    A. Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your ‘cache’ by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.   7. Q. I’ve won a prize, but still haven’t received it. What should I do?

    A. Please make sure you have completed the online claims process by visiting www.winningweekends.co.uk and following the on-screen instructions on the ‘Claim my Prize’ page. Once you have completed this process, and sent in your winning scratch card if applicable your prize should arrive within 28 days.
