Full Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
- This promotion is only open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) aged 18+.
- This BUXTON 2 Litres a Day promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé Waters UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
- Purchase is necessary to enter. Participants should retain each proof of purchase for each entry showing the date of purchase during the main promotional period as this will be called for to upload/enter as part of the verification process in the event of winning the prize. Claims on multiple purchases require all the relevant receipts to be available for checking.
- Mobile phone with QR Code Reader Capability and internet access required.
- Maximum of one (1) entry per person per day during the promotional period. Anyone entering, or to be found entering more than once per day using multiple identities, computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion.
- Maximum of one (1) prize per person over the full promotional period.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
- Each entry to the promotion must have a unique receipt as part of the entry requirements. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
Promotional Period
- This promotion opens at 00:01 on Wednesday 21st January 2026 and closes at 23:59 on Tuesday 10th February 2026. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
- All entries will upon entering the prize draw receive an onscreen message confirming entry into the prize draw.
Entry Requirements
- To enter for a chance to win one of the prizes available, entrants must:
- Purchase a participating promotional pack of a BUXTON 1ltr still water subject to availability, whilst stocks last during the promotional period.
- Scan the QR code on the POS or visit: https://www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/2litres.
- Register their full name, county and country of residence, a valid email address, and agree to the Terms and Conditions to enter.
- Upload receipt. The proof of purchase details must be unique, clearly indicate the promotional product purchased and be dated within the Promotional Period or prior to the start date due to some promotional displays making it into the marketplace early, and prior to the date of entry.
- Entrants will then be entered into the prize draw.

- Proof of purchase details can only be used once. Participants can enter multiple times provided each entry is supported with a new, unique proof of purchase. Entrants who do not give the correct information or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded proof of purchase / receipts that:
- Are out of focus/blurry;
- Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
- Show a purchase date outside of the promotional period;
- Show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area; or
- Are not unique to the individual.
- Entrants should retain each proof of purchase as these will be needed for verification purposes.
- The Promoter does not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
- Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
Prize Details
- There are a total of three (3) prizes available to be won:
One (1) Overnight Break for two people in BUXTON, UK.
Two (2) x Fitness Wear bundles. - All winners will be drawn at the close of the promotion.
- The Overnight Break prize includes one night’s hotel or bed and breakfast stay in the Peak District or surrounds. The stay will be in a twin or double bedded room with daily breakfast plus £100 towards one evening meal at a country pub included.
- There are two (2) prizes consisting of a Fitness Wear bundle to the value of £150. Each winner can select options from a pre-selected list of major retailers or divide the allowance between multiple brands. Winners can provide a wish list of items to the prize provider up to a maximum total value of £150. All options are subject to availability. Delivery can take up to 28 days from the date that the winner provides their chosen list of items to the prize provider.
- The Overnight Break is valid for travel until December 2026 excluding travel over Christmas, Easter and all bank holidays. All stays must be completed by 31st December 2026. Some Black Out dates may apply depending on the chosen location/establishment. Travel to and from the venue is not included and will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
- All locations and dates are subject to availability. Stays will be subject to hotel availability at the date of booking the trip. The winner should notify the Promoter at least six weeks in advance of their preferred dates for taking the trip.
- All stays must be completed within the time-frame stated within the promotional Terms and Conditions. Extensions to the validity of the prize will not be allowed unless first authorised by the Promoter’s appointed agent.
- The Promoter or Cloud Nine (the appointed agent) will accept no responsibility for hotels/tours/transport companies etc. being withdrawn or amended. In the event of this, Cloud Nine will endeavour to offer a suitable alternative.
- All travel arrangements offered are at the discretion of Cloud Nine and the Promoter. Requests relating to specific hotels or pubs cannot be guaranteed.
- Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier.
- There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize.
- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
- The prize is as stated above. Any additional costs incurred in taking up the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Winner Selection & Notification
- All valid entries received during the promotional period will be entered into prize draw as detailed above.
- A total of three (3) winners and six (6) reserves will be drawn via an independently audited and verified random prize draw selection computer process within seven (7) days of the closing date.
- Each winner will be contacted on the email address that they registered for the promotion within two (2) working days of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claims process. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. The Promoter will request winners to provide the Promoter via a secure link, information including: confirmation of their name, their full address, proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent), re-iterate email address, plus confirmation of purchase to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise) and to arrange for prize fulfilment.
- Potential winners should retain any winning communication details until their prize has been verified.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners (3 attempts), however, if a winner has not responded to notifications within 14 days of initial contact attempt, or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, re-allocate the prize and select the reserve next in line, as detailed as a reserve from the original prize draw. These two (2) reserves will be contacted in the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the prize has not been awarded and after reasonable attempts to contact them (including two reserves), then the prize will be deemed as not successfully claimed and will become null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner including their email Junk and Spam folders.
- The process of selecting any winners will follow the guidelines in these Terms and Conditions.
Prize Fulfilment
- Once winners have been verified and details have been supplied, they should allow 28 days from the valid claim and the completion of the verification process for the prize to be delivered.
- It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.

General
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters.
- The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
- Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website;
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of age, address and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent), plus confirmation of purchase, which they must provide within 7 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, the spirit of the promotion or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy, the surnames and counties of the verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNER’S LIST: BUXTON 2 LITRES A DAY PRIZE DRAW” for a period of three (3) months following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNER’S LIST: BUXTON 2 LITRES A DAY PRIZE DRAW”. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- By taking part in the promotion the prize winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner(s) are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent / you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. You can request access to your personal data, have any inaccuracies rectified or request deletion of personal data by sending an email to UKI@Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional period, with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
