These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales) who are aged, 18+.
  2. This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé Waters UK Ltd (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
  3. Purchase of any selected bottle of Buxton Water necessary (retain receipt showing the relevant purchase(s) on one receipt).
  4. Internet access and a mobile phone with camera access required to allow upload of unique receipt.
  5. Maximum of one (1) entry per person during the promotional period. Anyone entering, or to be found entering more than this restriction or using multiple handsets, multiple identities, computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion.
  6. Maximum of one (1) prize available to be won in total.
  7. The winner must have a valid address in England, Scotland or Wales.
  8. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry/upload process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
  9. Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
  10. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.

Promotional Period

  1. This promotion opens at 00:01 on 23.04.26 and closes at 23:59 on 19.09.26. Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
  2. Entry will occur at the time the entry is submitted within the promotional period.

Entry Requirements

  1. To enter, participants must:
    1. Purchase any selected bottle of Buxton Water from the SKUs below:

    2. Product subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
    3. Scan the QR code on the POS to launch, or visit the promotional website at https://www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/hydrate-well-for-your-journey and follow the directions and instructions.
    4. Participants are required to register their full name, email address, county of residence on the website and upload a copy of the proof of purchase receipt. The proof of purchase details uploaded must be unique, clearly indicate the product purchased, and be dated within the promotional period and prior to the date of entry.
    5. Participants will receive an automatic notification, to confirm entry into the prize draw.
    6. All valid entries from the various official POS will be entered into the prize draw.
  2. Proof of purchase details can only be used once. Entrants who do not give the correct information or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded proof of purchase / receipts that:
    1. Are out of focus/blurry;
    2. Do not have the correct product clearly visible;
    3. Show a purchase date outside of the promotional period;
    4. Show store locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area; or
    5. Are not unique to the individual.
  3. Entrants should retain the proof of purchase and promotional product packaging as these may be needed for verification purposes.
  4. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

Prize Details

  1. There is one (1) prize of a 2-night stay at a Spa in Buxton which will be drawn at the close of the promotion.
    Details of the prize:
    1. Two-night stay at Champney’s Buxton Crescent Spa only based on two people sharing a Classic Room (double or twin).
    2. Daily breakfast included.
    3. One Salt Cave treatment per person. The Salt Cave at Buxton Crescent Spa offers a tranquil retreat, crafted from natural salt blocks. During the experience, you can relax in comfort while inhaling the salt infused air, which may help reduce stress, promote easier breathing, and enhance overall wellbeing. Optional light therapy adds to the soothing atmosphere. Each session typically lasts around 25 minutes. Subject to change and availability.
    4. A Dinner allowance of £150 for two people on one evening which can be used to cover expenses such as meals and drinks is available. Any costs exceeding this amount will need to be covered by the winner.
  2. The prize does not include travel to and from the venue. Any additional expenses incurred in taking up the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest. The stay must be booked six (6) weeks in advance, subject to availability and the stay must be completed no later than 12 months following successful verification. Some blackout dates may apply. The stay will be subject to the venue’s own terms and conditions. The break is suitable for two adults only. Valid credit card will be required on arrival to cover any incidental charges that may arise during the stay such as room service, minibar usage or other personal expenses. Incidental charges will be the liability of the winner.
  3. The prize is non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

Winner Selection & Notification

  1. All valid entries from the various POS received during the promotional period will be entered into the prize draw.
  2. The winner, plus two (2) reserves will be drawn via an independently audited and verified random prize draw selection computer process within two (2) working days of the closing date.
  3. The winner will be notified via email within two (2) working days of the draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claim and verification process, and if valid to organise and book the Buxton Spa trip. The winner will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. The Promoter for the initial claim validation will request the winner to provide the Promoter via a secure link, information including: their name, confirmation of their mobile number, proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent), email address, their address and county of residence to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise) and to discuss/organise and arrange for the trip.
  4. The winner should retain any winning communication details until their prize has been verified.
  5. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner (3 attempts), however, if a winner has not responded to notifications within 14 days of initial contact attempt, or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, re-allocate the prize and select the reserve next in line, as detailed as a reserve from the original prize draw. These reserves (2) will be contacted using the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the prize has not been awarded and after reasonable attempts to contact them (2 reserves), then the prize has therefore not been successfully claimed, and will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections including their Spam and Junk folders during this time in case they are a winner.

Prize Fulfilment

  1. Once the Buxton Spa winner has been verified, a member of the fulfilment team will be in touch to confirm status and organise the trip. The prize fulfilment company will reach out to the winners via phone and/or email to officially confirm their prize. During this initial contact, a full overview of the prize, including all inclusions and details, so the winners know exactly what to expect will be discussed. The fulfilment team will also send the winners a booking form to complete, which captures essential information such as personal details and two preferred travel dates. Once the fulfilment team receive the completed form, the team will coordinate with the relevant providers to pull the booking together and check availability for the requested dates. After confirming availability, the fulfilment team will share the details with the winner for final approval. Once the winner approves the arrangements, the team will proceed to secure and confirm the booking, ensuring the prize experience is fully organised and ready for the winner to enjoy.
  2. The Promoter recommends that the winner provides a minimum of six weeks’ notice before their intended date in order to arrange and secure their booking. The lead time allows as indicated above the prize fulfilment agency to coordinate all aspects of the experience, including venue availability, accommodation, and any special requirements, ensuring that everything runs smoothly, and the winner enjoys a seamless, stress-free experience.
  3. It is the responsibility of the winner to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.
  4. The prize is valid for 12-months, but booking is recommended as soon as practicable.
  5. For any assistance needed with claiming your prize, the winner will be able to contact Nestlé Consumer Services by email at the address given in their initial confirmation communication.

General

  1. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters.
  2. Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;

    2. Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.
    3. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website;
  5. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for receipt/proof of purchase, promotional pack home address and proof of identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or driver’s licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  7. By taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the participant’s name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
  8. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the surname, county of residence, and details of the prize winner will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ’Buxton Spa Promotion’ for a period of 90 days following the end of the claim period. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, the winner will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname, county, and prize type used for marketing purposes. If the winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘Buxton Spa Promotion’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  9. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  10. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  11. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

Data Protection

  1. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent / you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of residence of verified winners will be made available as set out in the relevant clause above and winners can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional period, with the exception of the winners and reserves whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
