Full Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of these Terms and Conditions and by participating all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by them. Please retain a copy for your information.

The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), who are Independent free trade owners aged 18 years or over, making the purchase in Champers Wholesale. This promotion excludes employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, affiliates, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
  2. Internet access, suitable mobile device and registration required.
  3. Buy any case of S.PELLEGRINO: 12 x 750ml, 24 x 500ml or 24 x 250ml, and an ACQUA PANNA case of either 12 x 750ml, 24 x 500ml or 24 x 250ml in one transaction.
  4. Retain receipt, clearly showing a purchase of both cases in a single transaction as this will be required to be uploaded as part of the entry process on the promotional website.
  5. Entry is only valid via the promotional website via registration. On completing the relevant information requested and uploading a receipt, and confirming you are from the independent trade, participants will be allowed entry into the monthly prize draw.
  6. Entrants must have access to a suitable mobile device capable to taking photos of the relevant receipts and uploading them to the website.
  7. Maximum one (1) entry per person per month per employer. Each entry must be linked to a new unique purchase of a case of both products and receipts for each of the purchases need to be uploaded to enter. This will be checked as part of the verification process.
  8. Maximum of one (1) prize winner per employer/business.
  9. Entries (bulk or otherwise) from agents, third parties, organised groups, syndicates or aliases will not be accepted. No incomplete, corrupted entries, or multiple entries from the same person beyond the monthly limit will be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered and included in the Prize Draw for a chance to win a prize.
  10. Employer's/business owner's consent is required to take part in the promotion.

Promotional Period

  1. The promotional period to enter for the monthly Prize Draw runs from 00:01 on 01.09.2025 and closes at 23:59 on 31.12.25 with each monthly draw consisting of all valid entries made within the relevant Calander month.

    Draw entry dates are as follows:
    Draw 1 for entries between 00:01 on 01.09 – 23:59 on 30.09.25 will take place on 01.10.25.
    Draw 2 for entries between 00:01 on 01.10 – 23:59 on 31.10.25 will take place on 03.11.25.
    Draw 3 for entries between 00:01 on 01.11 – 23:59 on 30.11.25 will take place on 01.12.25.
    Draw 4 for entries between 00.01 on 01.12 - 23:59 on 31.12.25 will take place on 02.01.26
  2. Valid entries will only be entered for the month in question and will not roll over from month to month. Any entries outside of these times and dates will not be valid and thus no opportunities to win will occur.

How to Enter

  1. For the chance to enter and win, purchase a case of one of each of the following products:

    One case of:
    ACQUA PANNA 24 x 250ml
    Or ACQUA PANNA 24 x 500ml
    Or ACQUA PANNA 12 x 750ml

    AND one case of
    S.PELLEGRINO 24 x 250ml
    Or S.PELLEGRINO 24 x 500ml
    Or S.PELLEGRINO 12 x 750ml

    Participants are required to retain the receipt/proof of purchase for both products on one receipt as it will be required for entry.
  2. All participants will be required to complete the form on https://www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/sanpellegrino-champers providing their full name, a valid email address (which is personal and accessible throughout the promotion), their county and which independent retailer they are purchasing for.
  3. To complete the entry process entrants will have to scan the QR code on the promotional Point of Sale material, or visit the promotional website:
    • Read and understand the instructions.
    • Scan and upload the receipt as proof of purchase of the both the relevant cases of product on the website where indicated.
    • The entrant will then receive confirmation of entry into the prize draw.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any uploaded till receipts/invoices/proof of purchases that:
    • Are out of focus/blurry;
    • Do not have the correct product SKU clearly visible;
    • Do not have the genuine wholesaler on the receipt.
    • Are old, out of date, or fall outside of the stated promotional period;
    • Show purchase locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area;
    • Are not unique to the individual.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with or altering till receipts. Any attempts to submit any invalid till receipts may result in the participant's application being frozen and possibly deleted. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries to protect itself against fraudulent, invalid, or repetitive entries. Statutory rights are not affected.
  6. No duplicate itemised till receipts will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any claimant attempting to use multiple names, false names, or attempts to manipulate receipts The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept any entry that it believes to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  7. All correctly completed qualifying entries received by the stated monthly closing date will be included in the relevant prize draw for a chance to win a £1000 Cash Prize (payable by BACS). No one employer/employee may win more than one prize.

Monthly Prize Draw

  1. All valid entrants will, upon entering the Monthly Prize Draw receive an on-screen message confirming their entry into the relevant prize draw.
  2. Entrants can enter once in any month per person per employer. Each entry will need a unique receipt showing both qualifying purchases to enter into a Monthly Prize Draw.

    The prize money will be paid by BACs transfer into a bank account in the United Kingdom only.

Prize Information

  1. There are four (4) £1000 cash prizes in total, as detailed, that are available to be won throughout the entire promotion, with one (1) cash prize being available per calendar month.

Winner selection and notification

Monthly Prize draw prizes

  1. Monthly Prize Draw winners will be informed via email within two (2) working days of the relevant prize draw taking place that they have won a prize from their respective monthly draw (see dates / times above). All valid entries will have an equal and random chance of winning across the relevant prize draws which will be carried out via an independently verified computer programme process for each of the monthly prizes.
  2. Only valid entry information will be accepted. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify and reject any inappropriate entries. All entry information is subject to verification and interrogation. Entry information may not be sold or exchanged.
  3. In the event of suspicious activity, the Promoter reserves the right to gather information or obtain further evidence to confirm the legitimacy of the entry/win.
  4. There is a maximum one (1) entry per person per employer, per month. Each entry will require a new correctly itemised, genuine till receipt to enter the relevant promotional draw.
  5. Winners only will be contacted by email. The winners will be requested, via the email used in their original entry, to confirm the claim process and securely transferring bank details to allow for the payment of the prize. The winners' confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days of the prize draw date. Winners will have 14 days from the email date to fulfil the request for further information such as proof of ID/bank details, to allow the claim to be verified and the processed.
  6. Once verified, winners will receive a further confirmation email informing them that their cash prize should be with them via BACs transfer within 28 working days of the date of verification. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any such communications.
  7. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners and then after successful contact, to receive the relevant information to allow fulfilment of the claim and arranging the prize dispatch. Regular reminder emails (up to three) will be sent out to winners until they either redeem their prize in full or the Promoter forfeits the prize. Inaccurate information may result in the prize being forfeited. If a winner has not responded to notifications after 14 working days or if a selected winner is ineligible, otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and to forfeit this origin win and to reallocate the prize, if possible, to the reserve drawn next in line in the relative monthly draw. Winners should retain their notification email message until their win has been verified. This process will continue until all winners and reserves for any prizes outstanding have been contacted as detailed. The reserve winner contacting process will continue until up to two (2) reserves have been contacted for any outstanding prize. Any prizes that have not been claimed after this process has been executed will be withdrawn from the promotion. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account including their Junk and Spam folders during this time in case they are a winner.

General

  1. The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter's decision is final and binding with regards to all promotional matters.
  2. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize will be the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  3. The Promoter is not responsible for the act or defaults of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
  4. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
  5. Promoter reserves the right to verify the winners and to refuse to award the prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion's entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained an unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
  6. By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants' name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such requests.
  7. Subject to the Promoter's Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy, the surname and county of the verified winners will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line "WINNER'S LIST: S.PELLEGRINO X ACQUA PANNA PRIZE DRAW" for a period of three (3) months following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé's Privacy Policy. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line "WINNER'S LIST: S. PELLEGRINO X ACQUA PANNA PRIZE DRAW". We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
  8. Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. As part of this promotion, if you are not opted in into our general marketing email, you may still receive emails/messages for this promotion only to let you know if you have won and to make arrangements for your prize delivery. The surnames and counties of the verified winners will be made available as set out in the paragraph above and any winner can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Click here for the Promoter's Privacy Policy. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional period end date with the exception of the winner(s) and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
  9. No responsibility can be accepted for any entries that cannot be made, are incomplete, corrupted, delayed or are not received for any reason whatsoever. The Promoter cannot assume any responsibility or liability for:
    1. Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions.
    2. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers used in any aspect of the promotion.
    3. Any unauthorised access to the operation of this promotion.
    4. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet, phone connection or any combination thereof.
  10. All normal connection charges, if applicable, associated with the submission of an entry to the promotion shall be the entrant's responsibility.
  11. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
  12. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
  13. The promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant's local courts.
