These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for your information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By participating in this promotion, you confirm that you have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the promotion, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.

Eligibility
- This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) who shop at Tesco stores, aged 18 and over.
- This promotion excludes employees and the immediate families of Nestlé UK Ltd (“the Promoter”) and Tesco, their affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion.
- Purchase of any two (2) participating STARBUCKS product from Tesco (see below for full list of participating products) necessary. Participants are required to retain their receipt showing a qualifying purchase made within the stated promotional period.
- Internet access and a mobile phone with camera access required to allow upload of unique receipt(s) and QR code scanning capability.
- Maximum of one (1) entry per person per week during the promotional period. Anyone entering, or to be found entering more than this restriction or using multiple handsets, multiple identities, computerised or automated system will be disqualified from the promotion.
- Maximum of one (1) prize per person across the full duration of the promotional period.
- All participants/winners must have a valid UK address.
- Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry/upload process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
- Anyone trying to circumvent the rules stated in these Terms and Conditions by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programmes, applications, scripts, alias accounts brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize awarded will be void.
Promotional Period
- This promotion opens at 00:01 on 09.06.26 and closes at 23:59 on 06.07.26 with draws occurring each week from entries (Tuesday to Monday).
- Entry into the weekly draw will occur at the time and date the entry is submitted within the relevant weekly period via the official entry process only. Entries will not roll over from one week to the next.
- Any entries received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.
Entry Requirements
To enter, participants must:
- Purchase any two (2) of the participating STARBUCKS products as detailed below in any one transaction from any Tesco store in the UK.
- Product subject to availability, whilst stocks last.
- Scan the QR code on pack/POS to launch or visit the promotional website at https://www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/starbucks-tesco and follow the instructions.
- Participants will be required to register their full name, email address, county of residence on the website and upload a copy of the proof of purchase receipt. The proof of purchase details uploaded must be unique, clearly indicate the two (2) qualifying products purchased in a single transaction at a Tesco store, and be dated within the promotional period.
- Participants will receive an automatic notification, to confirm entry into the weekly prize draw.
- 500 prize winners will be drawn at random via an independently verified computer process, from all valid entries received each week during the promotional period. Only winners will be contacted after each prize draw to confirm the details of their prize win. Two (2) reserves for each winner will also be drawn each week using the same method.

Entrants who do not give the correct information, or those who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified. - Do not have the correct two products clearly visible;
- Show a purchase date outside of the promotional period;
- Show purchases made from any retailer other than Tesco;
- Show locations in geographical locations outside the stated promotional area; or
- Are not unique to the individual.

- Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries, entries received outside any promotional period, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by using multiple IP addresses, using identities other than their own, the use of programme, alias or multiple accounts or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
- Each promotional entry must be accompanied by a corresponding proof of purchase(s) of the two (2) selected products. Any attempts to enter the promotion more than the stated amount or without relevant genuine individual receipts, may result in disqualification and all such entries being declared void.
Prize Details
- There are 2000 prizes available to be won. 500 prizes are available to be won each week. Prize Draws will be open to entries from Tuesday to Monday for each relevant week and each draw will take place within two (2) working days of each week’s close date.
- Each prize consists of a £10 STARBUCKS Coffee Shop Gift Card. The Coffee Shop Gift Card will be valid for a minimum of 12 months and subject to STARBUCKS Coffee Shops terms of use which can be found at https://www.STARBUCKS.com/terms/manage-gift-cards/. The Coffee Shop Gift Card will be valid for use in participating STARBUCKS coffee shops only and cannot be redeemed via any other retailer or the webshop or exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The list of non-participating STARBUCKS coffee shops can be found at https://www.STARBUCKS.co.uk/rewards/excluded-stores.
- Qualifying participants may enter each week provided they make a new qualifying purchase of two products and upload a new valid receipt for each new weekly entry. However, participants can only win one prize in total across the full duration of the promotion.
- All prizes are non-transferrable, non-negotiable, and non-refundable. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of equal or greater value. The prize will only be awarded directly to the Winner.
Winner Selection & Notification
- All valid entries received during each of the weeks within the promotional period will be entered into the relevant weekly prize draw as detailed above and 500 winners (plus 1000 reserves) will be drawn via an independently audited and verified random prize draw selection computer process within two (2) working days of each closing date.
- Each winner will be notified via email within two (2) standard working days of each weekly draw taking place, giving instructions for the next steps of the claims process and validation of the win. Winners will have 14 days to claim their prize from first contact. The Promoter will request winners to provide the Promoter via a secure link, information including: their name, confirmation of their mobile number, proof of age (passport, driving license or equivalent), email address, their address and county of residence to assist with verification and fulfilment of their prize, to announce them as a winner (if no objections arise) and to arrange the relevant prize despatch.
- The winners should retain any winning communication details until any prize has been verified and delivered.
- The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners (three (3) attempts), however, if a winner has not responded to notifications within 14 days of initial contact attempt, or if a selected winner is ineligible, rejects their prize or is otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or unable to take up the prize for any other reason, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize, re-allocate the prize and select the reserve next in line, as detailed as a reserve from the original prize draw. These reserves (two (2) will be contacted in the same process. If a winner has not responded to any communication and the prize has not been awarded after reasonable attempts to contact them (plus two (2) reserves), the prize will be deemed as unsuccessfully awarded/claimed and become null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections during this time in case they are a winner including their Junk and Spam folders.
Prize Fulfilment
- Once the winners have been verified, a member of the fulfilment team will be in touch to confirm and organise delivery of their prize. Each winner will be notified via email within two (2) working days of successful verification. Prizes will be sent via email. Participants should allow up to 28 days for the prize to be delivered from valid claim and the completion of the verification process. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they provide valid UK/email address details for prize fulfilment.
- It is the responsibility of the winners to supply the correct personal information (outlined above) to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery of a prize due to the provision of incorrect information.
General
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding with regard to all promotional matters.
- The Promoter is not responsible for the acts or default of third-party suppliers but will endeavour to resolve any issues that may arise.
- Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any faulty, incorrect, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions.
- Any difficulties in entering or claiming, any entries/claims delayed or corrupted, or any loss arising out of such an event.
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of mobile signal, the internet or any combination thereof. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by system virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for receipt/proof of purchase, promotional pack home address and proof of identity details in the form of a copy of a current passport or drivers licence or equivalent form of identification clearly showing the entrant’s date of birth (which they must provide within seven (7) calendar days) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where an entrant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means.
- By taking part in the promotion, the winners agree that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winners are not obliged to agree to any such request.
- Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy policy https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy the surname and county of residence of the winners will be available upon request by sending an email to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ’STARBUCKS GIFT CARD TESCO PRIZE DRAW’ for a period of 90 days following the promotion end date. We reserve the right to refuse any or all such requests. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé Privacy Policy. At the point of personal data collection for verification, all winners will be given the option to opt-in to having their surname and county used for marketing purposes. If any winner subsequently objects to their information being published or used for marketing purposes, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘STARBUCKS GIFT CARD TESCO PRIZE DRAW’. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
- In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
- We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surnames and counties of verified winners will be made available as set out in clause above and winners can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. For the purposes of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winners have accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted 90 days after the promotion end date, with the exception of the winners and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
