What if my experience is affected by Covid-19?

So long as government restrictions relating to Covid-19 apply, Virgin Experience Days are offering customers the option to extend their vouchers online by 6 months, once winning Virgin Experience Days voucher codes have been redeemed via the Virgin Experience Days website.       Once the request has been verified, a promotional code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the microsite in order to enter the promotion. Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 2 claims permitted per person throughout the promotion period. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than 30.04.21 to ensure that requests can be processed before the end of the promotion. Only applications received by 28.06.20 will be processed before the end of the core promotional period. Applications received by 13.09.20 will be processed before the 20% off discount offer ends.

    1. CI, IoM & ROI winners will receive a travel allowance of £400 (CI & IoM) / €400 (ROI) to be spent on travel and accommodation necessary for their chosen experience. Eligible winners will be given further instructions on how to claim their travel allowance, once they have successfully passed verification checks. The travel allowance will be issued either via Paypal, Money Order (€) or cheque (£). Depending on the method of payment, details such as a valid postal address and/or email address may be required.

    Q. I’m having trouble reading my unique pack code, who can I contact?

    1. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional pack codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your unique promotional pack code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at:consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI) and a replacement unique pack code will be sent to you. Any request for a replacement unique pack code must be received by 28.06.20 for the core promotion, 13.09.20 for the first and second late entry draw and by 30.04.21 for the final late entry draw.

    Q. The microsite doesn’t recognise my unique pack code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

    1. Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your unique pack code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you’ve previously entered this unique pack code, you will be unable to enter again using the same pack code.     1. A valid entry has been made if:

      2. If entered before midnight on 27.09.20 you will also receive a confirmation email with your 20% off discount code.
