Q. How long is the promotion running for?

1. For your chance to win a 3-night trip to Milan, the main promotional period is open between 10.12.25 – 07.01.2026. Entries are permitted between 00:00 and 23:59 each day, for each entry, you must have purchased three promotional products.
   The initial 2500 valid entrants will also receive a free £10 Starbucks Coffee Shop Voucher offer to claim.

Q. How old do I have to be to enter?

1. You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

Q. What details will I need to enter?

1. To enter into the prize draw for a chance to win a 3-night trip to Milan for 2 people, you need to upload your till receipt showing the purchase of any three (3) STARBUCKS BY NESTLÉ in a single transaction, first name, last name, email address and county of residence.

Q. I think I might have entered the wrong email address when entering my details. What should I do?

1. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

1. Only residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) can enter the promotion.

Q. How often can I enter?

1. There is a maximum of one (1) entry per person.

Q. How will I be notified if I am a winner in the prize draw?

1. If you are the winner of the prize draw, you will be notified via email within 2 working days.

Q. How will I receive the STARBUCKS Coffee Shop Gift Card Code?

1. STARBUCKS Coffee Shop Gift Card Codes will be sent via email. Codes can be redeemed either through the STARBUCKS UK app/Starbucks.co.uk online to further be used at participating STARBUCKS coffee shops, or consumers can read out their Coffee Shop Gift Card code to the Barista which is provided in their win email to be verified and used.

Q. How long do I have to claim my prize?

1. The winner of the 3-night trip to Milan will be contacted via email to the email address provided on entry within 2 working days of the corresponding draw date and will have 14 days to confirm required details in order to claim their prize.
   If you do not respond within 14 days of initial contact, you reject the prize or are ineligible, then the prize won’t be seen as successfully claimed, and the prize will be forfeited.
