Full Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.
The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering in this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and understand and agree to these Terms and Conditions of the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their participation into the campaign, participants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.
Eligibility
- Open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), 18+ who are Sainsbury shoppers only.
- The promotion excludes employees of Nestlé UK Ltd and Sainsburys, their immediate families, agents, affiliated companies or anyone else professionally connected with the promotion.
- Internet access and a mobile device capable of scanning and uploading receipts required.
- Purchases necessary to enter for a chance to win.
- Only one entry per person.
- Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
- Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicates will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of programme, application, script, alias accounts, brute force or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize or offer awarded will be void.
Promotional period
- The promotion is open from 10.12.25 – 07.01.26.
- All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw at the end of the promotional period.
- In addition, the first 2500 valid entrants will be awarded a £10 STARBUCKS coffee shop voucher to claim. The Promoter will ensure by its best endeavours that details will be communicated via the website to inform entrants when the £10 STARBUCKS coffee shop vouchers are close to meeting the 2500 quantity. Participants should check the website for updates on this element before making the necessary purchases.
How to enter
- To enter, qualifying participants must:
- urchase any three (3) STARBUCKS BY NESTLÉ products from Sainsbury as below (excludes STARBUCKS products by Arla) and follow details on the website.
- To enter the promotion participants should scan the QR code on POS or visit the promotional website at https://www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/starbucks-sainsburys and upload their till receipt showing the three (3) qualifying purchases made in a single transaction between 10.12.25 and 07.01.26, together with their details including their first name, last name, email address and county of residence.
- Entrants will receive notification on the website confirming their entry into the prize draw.
- he winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries during the promotional period and will be contacted after the draw.
- On checking that the offer is still available, the first 2500 valid entries made will each be awarded a £10 STARBUCKS coffee shop voucher code which will be sent to the email address included on the original entry form. The coffee shop voucher code needs to be confirmed through the STARBUCKS App. The coffee shop voucher will be valid until the year 2135 subject to STARBUCKS Coffee Shops terms of use which can be found at https://www.starbucks.com/terms/manage-gift-cards/.The voucher will be valid for use in participating STARBUCKS coffee shops only and cannot be redeemed via any other retailer or the webshop. Prize details

- Economy flights available from major international airports in the UK only; Flights will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guests; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two people sharing one double or twin room; Hotel will be selected by Prize Provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. - he booking arrangements will be made directly with the winner via the Promoter’s agency and stays must be booked and completed within 12 months of the date of winning. The prize is as stated above. Any additional costs incurred in taking up the prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner and their guest and must be settled directly with the supplier/vendor. The prize is suitable for two people, 18+ only.
Offer details
The first 2500 valid entries only will be awarded a £10 STARBUCKS Coffee shop Gift Card code. The £10 STARBUCKS Coffee shop Gift Card code will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and will be subject to terms of use which can be found at: https://www.starbucks.com/terms/manage-gift-cards/.
Those who receive a STARBUCKS Coffee Shop Gift Card code will be able to redeem the code in three (3) ways in order to use in a participating STARBUCKS coffee shop, a list of non-participating coffee shops can be found above. Codes can be redeemed either through the STARBUCKS UK app/Starbucks.co.uk online to further be used at participating STARBUCKS coffee shops, or consumers can read out their Coffee Shop Gift Card code to the Barista which is provided in their win email to be verified and used. Further information will be available for each route upon successful claim.
It is recommended that the STARBUCKS Gift Card be registered with a STARBUCKS account upon receipt. This protects the balance in case the card is lost or stolen. Participants who are already a STARBUCKS Rewards member, can simply follow the steps below once logged in to their account. There is no need to create a new account. By creating an account, the applicant will automatically be enrolled into the loyalty programme, STARBUCKS Rewards. Winner Selection and Notification
- Prize Draw
The winner of the trip to Milan will be drawn at random using an independently verified computer programme from all valid entries received by the stated closing date as outlined above. - The Promoter reserves the right to remove any entrant from the prize draw if any part of the entry/upload is deemed to be offensive.
- Prize draw closes at 23:59 on 07.01.26. Participation is via the method as outlined above only. No postal or other entry method is available.
- The prize draw will take place using an independently verified random computer programme within two (2) standard working days of the prize draw closing date and the winner will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within two (2) working days of the relevant prize draw and will be asked to provide evidence of identity and eligibility in order to claim their prize.
- The winner of the prize draw will contacted by the Promoter via email to provide contact details and to make arrangements for their prize to be organised. Whilst all reasonable steps will be taken to contact the winner, if this cannot be achieved within a further 14 days and after three (3) attempts, or the winner is ineligible or rejects the prize then the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner who will be drawn at the same time as the original winner. If the reserve winner does not respond within 14 days of being notified and after three (3) attempts, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn, and the prize removed from the promotion.18. On completion of the validation process, the winner will be contacted by the Promoter’s agency by email or phone number to finalise all the relevant details relating to the trip and confirm the trip details and timings. No cash or other alternatives in whole or part, will be available in lieu of the prize as stated.
- Offer
The first 2500 valid entries will receive details of the offer claim as detailed above. - Vouchers are strictly non-transferable and must not be sold, auctioned nor advertised for sale whether on the internet, in newspapers or elsewhere. Any person found in breach of this term will be disqualified from participating. No cash alternatives or other alternative prize will be available in whole or in part, except in the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, whereby the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the voucher with vouchers of equal or greater value.
General
- The Promoter shall have sole and final determination as to which entries are genuine and therefore eligible to take part in this promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters.
- By taking part in the promotion, the prize winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.
- The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
- All entrants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete and therefore the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.
In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for any winner failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize. - Limitations of liability: Neither the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected to the promotion, assume any responsibility or liability for:
- Any incorrect or inaccurate entry, or for any faulty, erroneous or failed electronic data transmissions;
- Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion;
- Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the online form or any combination thereof;
- Any damage, injury or loss of earnings incurred directly or indirectly in relation to this promotion.
- Conduct of entry: The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant found to be tampering with the QR code entry process or the operation of the promotion; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms & Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
- If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for address and identity details (passport, driving licence or equivalent) which they must provide within 14 calendar days and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement, and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements or otherwise, where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter for all decisions, which are final and binding. It will not respond to any correspondence.
- Subject to Nestle’s Privacy Policy, the surname and county of residence of the Milan winner will be available upon request by sending an email request to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘STARBUCKS SAINSBURYS MILAN PRIZE DRAW ’, for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotional period. When contacting this email address, your request will be actioned in line with Nestlé’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject line ‘STARBUCKS SAINSBURYS MILAN PRIZE DRAW. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
- If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
- The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country and any disputes as to the meaning of these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.
- We do not permit the use of temporary, anonymised, relay, forwarding or otherwise masked email addresses, including but not limited to those ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com. These services may interfere with the secure delivery of administrative communications, winner prize confirmations, and important notifications.
Data Protection
- The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent/you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. The surname and county of residence of the Milan Trip winner will be made available as set out in Clause TBC above and the winner can object to this by emailing UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winners accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of their prize.
