    Q. How often can I enter and how many times could I win a VIP Ticketmaster Experience or €/£250 Ticketmaster gift card?

    1. There is a maximum of two entries per person per day and each barcode that is entered onto the promotional microsite must be a separate purchase with a corresponding itemised receipt in order for the entry to be valid.

      A maximum of 1 prize type/person and maximum of 1 prize type/household. This applies to all periods of the promotion, including the main promotional period (00:00 12.09.22 – 23:59 06.11.22), the first late entry period (00:00 07.11.22 - 23:59 28.02.23) and the final late entry period (00:00 01.03.23 - 23:59 10.09.23).

    Q. Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

    1. Unless you are a resident of Northern Ireland entering via the No Purchase Necessary route, you must purchase a promotional pack to enter the promotion. Once you have purchased a pack, visit www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/vipexperience to enter. Please retain your pack and receipt as proof of purchase.

    Q. I'm a resident of Northern Ireland, how do I enter?

    1. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you have the option to enter via our No Purchase Necessary route by sending your name, age, full postal address and email address to: Nestlé VIP Ticketmaster Experience Promotion NPN, Consumer Services, Nestlé UK Ltd, Haxby Road, York, YO91 1XY.

      Once the request has been verified, a 4-digit code will be provided via email, which can then be entered on the promotional microsite (www.nestle-promotions.co.uk/vipexperience) in order to enter the promotion.

      Only one entry per stamped, correctly mailed envelope. A maximum of 1 entry per person, per day throughout the promotional period. No Purchase Necessary applications must be received by the Promoter no later than later than 06.09.23 to allow entry into the promotion.

    Q. I sent in a postal entry from Northern Ireland, but I haven't received a response. What should I do?

    Q. How old do I have to be to enter?

    1. You must be aged 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

    Q. How are winners notified?

    1. A total of 8 x VIP Ticketmaster Experience winners will be drawn at the end of the main promotion period from all genuine valid entries via an independently verified process. Winners will be contacted via email within 3 days of the prize draw taking place. All winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification and to claim their prize.

      The winners of the second tier daily €/£250 Ticketmaster gift cards will be randomly selected from all genuine, valid entries, every day via an independently verified process.

      The daily draws during the week (Monday to Thursday) will be drawn the next working day. Friday and any weekend draws will be drawn the following working day, Monday or in the case of Bank Holidays on a Monday, on the Tuesday after the Bank Holiday.

      Winners of the second tier daily €/£250 Ticketmaster gift cards will be contacted via email the day after the prize draw has taken place. All winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification and to claim their prize.

      If you win either of the prizes, there will be a request for further information such as proof of ID and address. Please retain your promotional pack containing the barcode and itemised receipt for each entry as you will require these for verification purposes.

      If you are a winner of a VIP Ticketmaster Experience, once verified, winners will be contacted via email by Cloud Nine in order to book their experience.

      If you are a winner in our late entry draws, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks of each of the late entry draw closing dates. You will receive an email containing a link to submit further information including your address in order to verify the claim.

    Q. Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

    1. You should retain your winning pack with the barcode and proof of purchase as you will need this to verify a claim.

    Q. What details will I need to enter?

    1. To enter the promotion, you need to provide your full name, last 4 digits of your barcode, county and country of residence and a valid genuine and contactable email address.

    Q. I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

    1. Only residents of the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands can enter the promotion.

  2. VIP Ticketmaster Experiences worth up to €/£1,000

    Q. How many prizes are available to win?

    1. There are 8 x VIP Ticketmaster Experiences worth up to €/£1,000 to be won between 00:00 12.09.22 and 23:59 on 06.11.22. Eight winners will be randomly chosen at the end of the core promotional period from all valid entries.

      An additional 2 x VIP Ticketmaster Experiences are available to be won in the first late entry draw: 13.11.22 – 28.02.23. Winners will be drawn at the end of the first late entry draw and we will contact winners via email about their prize within 2 weeks of the closing date.

    Q. Can I choose my own VIP Ticketmaster Experience?

    1. VIP Ticketmaster Experiences will be awarded via Cloud Nine.

      The prize will consist of 4 x tickets to a VIP Ticketmaster Experience of the winner’s choice from a selection of events available. The total cost of the VIP Ticketmaster Experience will be up to the value of €/£1,000 and UK winners will be able to choose from a variety of genres including music, theatre, sport, comedy & family experiences. ROI winners will be able to choose from music events only.

      If the €/£1,000 cost of the VIP Ticketmaster Experience is exceeded, additional costs will need to be funded by the winner.

    Q. What might my VIP Ticketmaster Experience consist of?

    1. To find out which genres to choose from, visit the Prizes page here. Cloud Nine will work with each winner to confirm their VIP Ticketmaster Experience from those that are available within the 8 month time-frame following the main and first late entry period. All events are subject to availability and exclusions may apply.

    Q. How will I receive my prize?

    1. If you are a lucky winner of one of the VIP Ticketmaster Experiences, you will be contacted via email within 3 days of the promotion ending. All winners will be asked to follow the instructions within the email for verification and to claim their prize.

      Once verified, lucky winners will receive a phone call or further email by our prize fulfilment partners in order to book their VIP Ticketmaster experience. This will be booked through Cloud Nine and winners will then be sent all relevant tickets and details, or given clear directions to collect their prize. This is dependent on the winner’s chosen event.

      If you are a lucky winner of one of our late entry draws, you will be contacted via email within 2 weeks of each of the late entry draw closing dates, following the same process as the core promotional period.

    Q. When will I receive my prize?

    1. VIP Ticketmaster Experience winners will be contacted by Cloud Nine within 14 days of their win verification to confirm their VIP experience and establish their prize. Winners must book their prize within 6 months of their win being confirmed and redeem their prize within 8 months.

      The €/£1,000 travel allowance will be issued via cheque or BACS transfer. For BACS payments, winners must fill out their Account Name, Bank, Account Number and Sort Code. ROI winners must also supply their IBAN Number.

    Q. How long do I have to take my VIP Ticketmaster Experience?

    1. All VIP Ticketmaster Experiences must be booked within 6 months of winner notification and must be completed within 8 months of winner notification. If a winner does not claim their prize within the stated claim period, the prize will be forfeited.

    Q. Are transfers, travel insurance, meals and drinks, car hire or personal expenses included in the VIP Ticketmaster prizes?

    1. Winners are able to accommodate these costs within their €/£1,000 travel allowance should they wish to do so.

    Q. I'm having trouble reading my barcode, who can I contact?

    1. While barcodes will always be printed on the outside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.

      If you require assistance locating or determining the digits of your barcode you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

    Q. The microsite doesn't recognise the last 4 digits of my barcode. What should I do?

    1. Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as they appear on the promotional pack. If you’ve already entered twice within 24 hours you will be unable to enter again that day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

    Q. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I've entered successfully?

    1. A valid entry has been made if:

      1. You enter the last 4 digits of the barcode on the microsite home page and a thank you message is displayed on screen confirming that you have entered the prize draw.
      2. If you are a winner of the daily prize draw to win 1 of 2 daily €/£250 Ticketmaster gift cards, you will receive a confirmation email the next working day letting you know that you have won.
      3. If you are entering after 23:59 on 06.11.22, then you will be entered into the next late entry draw and see a thank you message displayed on the screen confirming that you have entered the prize draw.
      4. If you are not a winner, you will not receive another email from us.
      5. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same last 4 digits of the barcode again.

    Q. I haven't received a win notification email; does that mean I've not won?

    1. Firstly, please check your email Spam/Junk folder in case the win notification email has inadvertently been filed there. Please note that only winners will receive a winner’s email.

    Q. The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

    1. Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.     1. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.

    Q. Can I cancel my prize once I've claimed?

    1. Once you have entered the promotion, you cannot cancel your prize. However, you can choose not to accept the prize.
