Q. What is the promotion?

  1. Go to www.aerochocolate.co.uk/win-shaero or scan the QR code on pack for the chance to win an Aero® Peppermint Sharing Chocolate bar (90g).

Q. When can I enter the promotion?

  1. The main promotion is open between 00:00 29.04.24 – 23:59 21.07.24.

    After the main promotional period, you still have the chance to win in the late entry draws:

    • The 1st late entry period is open between 00:00 22.07.24 – 30.11.24.
    • The 2nd late entry period is open between 01.12.24 – 28.04.25.

    If you try to enter after the closing date of the 2nd late entry draw, your entry won’t be accepted into the promotion.

Q. How do I enter the promotion?

  1. For a chance to win, purchase a promotional Aero® pack (while stocks last), scan QR code or visit www.aerochocolate.co.uk/win-shaero & enter your details including; first and last name, email address, and the last 4 digits of the barcode found on pack.

    Please remember to keep hold of your promotional pack and receipt as these may be required for winner verification purposes.

Q. How many times can I enter?

  1. There is a maximum of one entry per person per day.

    Each entry to the promotion must have a new promotional pack and unique receipt as part of the entry requirements.

Q. How many times can I win?

  1. There is a maximum of one prize per person / per household throughout the duration of all promotional periods (including main, first and second late entry periods).

Q. What can I win?

  1. 1 of 33,600 x Aero® Peppermint Sharing Chocolate bars (90g) available to be won during the main promotional period 29.04.24 – 21.07.24.

Q. How do I know if I have won?

  1. During the main promotional period, the prizes have been allocated to ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure, independently verified computer programme. The first person to enter their personal details and 4-digit pack code on or after the allocated winning moment will be awarded the prize.

    Main promotional period winners will be notified on screen instantly and will be asked to follow the instructions to claim their prize. Winners will also be sent a confirmation email.

    If you are a winner in one of our late entry draws, you will be contacted within 2 weeks of the late entry draw closing date. You will receive an email containing a link to submit further information including your address in order to verify the claim.

Q. How do I claim my prize?

  1. Winners of the main promotional period must follow the on-screen verification instructions, including confirming their valid home address. A copy of receipt and image of packaging may also be required in order to claim the prize. If winners do not complete the on-screen instructions immediately after they have been notified, they will have 28 days from initial contact to provide their details in order to redeem their prize.

    Winners of the late entry prize draws will be contacted via the email address that they used to enter the promotion, and must follow the instructions by providing their home address details within 14 days to claim their prize. A copy of receipt and image of packaging may also be requested.

Q. Do I need to keep hold of my promotional packaging?

  1. Yes, you should retain your promotional Aero® pack and receipt as proof of purchase as you may need this to verify a winning claim.

Q. What details will I need to enter?

  1. To enter the promotion, you need to provide your full name, email address and last 4 digits of your pack barcode.

    Winners will be asked to provide a valid home address in order to receive their Aero® Peppermint Sharing Chocolate bar (90g).

Q. How will I receive my prize?

  1. Once you have submitted your details and your home address has been verified, delivery of your Aero® Peppermint Sharing Bar (90g) will take place within 14 days via Royal Mail.

    By submitting their home address details, winners are accepting responsibility that the product is safe to be delivered to their address and will not be accessible to unmonitored pets, in which product consumption could cause harm.

Q. I’m having trouble reading my barcode, who can I contact?

  1. While barcodes will always be printed on the outside of promotional packs, they may not always appear in the same location. Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for barcodes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened.

    If you require assistance locating or determining the digits of your barcode you can contact Nestlé Consumer Services by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

Q. The microsite doesn’t recognize the last 4 digits of my barcode. What should I do?

  1. Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last 4 digits of your barcode exactly as they appear on the promotional pack. If you’ve already entered once within 24 hours you will be unable to enter again that day. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact the Nestlé Consumer Services team either by email at: consumer.services@UK.nestle.com or by telephone on Freephone 00800 6378 5385 (UK + ROI).

Q. My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

  1. A valid entry has been submitted if the below takes place:

    1. Winners will be notified online immediately after entry and will also be sent a confirmation email.
    2. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, don’t worry as if you are a winner, you will receive an email confirming next step instructions.
    3. If you are not a winner, you will not receive another email from us.
    4. If you have entered after 23:59 21.07.24, then you will be entered into the next late entry draw and will receive a message on screen confirming you have entered the prize draw.

Q. I think I might have entered the wrong email address when entering my details. What should I do?

  1. Unfortunately, this cannot be changed.
